Which payment methods can I accept with Order & Pay?

Customers can pay with cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Satispay and Klarna. You can also manage cash payments, keeping orders and revenue in the same system.

Do customers need to download an app to order and pay via QR code?

No. Customers access it directly from their own smartphone via QR code, with no app to download and no registration required.

Does the customer receive the tax document after payment?

Yes, if the online tax document is active. After payment, the tax document is automatically generated and made available to the customer.

Where do orders placed with Order & Pay end up?

Order & Pay orders enter directly into the Qromo dashboard, together with the business's other orders, such as those taken at the counter, at the table, on a handheld, or via takeaway or delivery.

What's the difference between Order & Pay and Pay the Bill?

With Order & Pay, the customer creates the order and pays for it directly via QR code. With Pay the Bill, the order has already been entered by staff and the customer uses the QR code to settle it, even splitting the bill.
